Conveniently located right in the airport, the hotel offers easy gate access. The robot delivering room slippers was a fun touch. However, some rooms lacked cleanliness and needed updates. On the bright side, comfy beds and a hassle-free check-in process were highlights.

Access to the hotel after a long flight was easy and very welcome, with good facilities and helpful staff. Despite some room discrepancies, the comfortable accommodations met my expectations for a fair price in Switzerland. I will consider staying again for its convenient location in transit.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was prime near Zurich airport and a direct tunnel from the venue and train. I was met by helpful and affable staff at the lobby. Had top-notch room with slippers and the shower, as example for a fairly nice stay. And the facilities were good.

The hotel was a stone's throw away from the airport, making it super convenient for a tired traveler like me. Plus, there's a cute little grocery store and gym with a sauna conveniently located nearby for a quick snack or workout. The welcome treats at the lobby were a nice touch 🍬. Would've been even better if there were electrical outlets by the bed, but overall, a chill spot to crash for the night.

Everything was simply good. We were in Kloten for 1 day, had great stay, the hotel was clean with perfect location very close to the airport. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fine. Late check-out was useful.

We appreciated the dining options like the in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast. Plus, the leisure spa & wellness centre with a sauna and massage facilities was a nice touch.

We recommend this place to our family as it is a great stopover option, but the staff working at the reception desk during our stay could have been more customer service oriented. They mustn't have heard about customer service and it was a bit disappointing.

Enjoyed relaxing at the terraces and lounges with amazing views over the airport. The fish and steak at the angels' wine tower grill restaurant were served in a Swiss Alps-themed upscale atmosphere. The extensive breakfast buffet had a variety of Continental, Northern European, and American cuisine.

I found the views from the terraces and lounges mind-blowing, felt like I could almost touch the airplanes. As a Brit, I'm never one to say no to a good cup of tea, and Abdul went full Sherlock Holmes to cater to my tea needs at breakfast. The Swiss chocolates from the airport didn't last long—no regrets there! The Italian specialties cooked right in front of you were a feast for the eyes. And those stag antlers on the ceiling—talk about feeling regal!

We stayed here due to a long layover of over a day. It's perfect for those occasions. The airport is literally just across from the airport terminal, and the lobby has an escalator that connects to the train station under the airport. Rooms are nice, and the front staff was kind to upgrade us to a family room. The location is perfect for early-morning flights. I did an evening check-in the night before and then in the morning it was literally a one minute walk from the hotel's main entrance across the road to the entrance of Terminal 1. Hotel staff is very lovely, when I arrived early on advanced notice , they tried to give me my room immediately. After I freshened up and took a nap, my energy was back so I could go out and enjoy the city without tiredness. Breakfast is very good. Love everything about it!!
